Let me start off by saying that the people here listen to your feedback! I've been in the firm since almost 6 months and while it's great to work in firm which is quiet face paced and thriving. It also leads to a burnout at some point.

Dislikes

This was the case with the previous working cycle of 6 days! But with the few employee surveys, the management actually listened to the feedback shared and made it to alternate working Saturdays! The joy in the office was unprecedented! I have been working here since 4 years and I work with the design team of the Viztown vertical. I started off as an interior designer and today I am a Senior Interior designer. I have been a part of many crucial projects that helped me polish my skills. The management has always had our back and helped us achieve our target.

Dislikes

The deadlines get a little stringent and tight sometimes, but as we are a startup and we are aggressively growth oriented.

I am working with Flipspaces since 2 years and Its been a roller coaster of a ride. The team has always been on my side to help me hone and polish my skills and achieve the assigned targets on time.

Dislikes

When I joined we used to have 6 days as working and it used to get very exhausting and tiresome but, after a few months we got alternate saturdays off which has been a great relief.
