Assistant General Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities:

- Prepare & execute sales & operations strategy for achieving the assigned sales targets for the company.

- Develop and manage sales conversion & cash flow in consultation with the top management

- Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks

- Guide in preparation of sales pitches for own team and sales team to close maximum transactions.

- Manage direct sales through a team of sales professionals.

- Design metrics to set monthly sales targets for the team members, direct in execution and oversee performance of the team.

- Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations.
