Poor work life balance. No one bothers about issues. All they need is results even you are on death bed. There are some people without brain who are surviving well in the organisation. No Sunday No Public Holiday. All we need to do is Driving numbers without support, without proper basics, without Infra and even without stocks. HR department is not at present.
