I am proud to be a part of Indian Oil. Besides being my bread and butter I like the work culture, recognition of individual contribution at all levels. I had the privilege of wearing the Indian Army Uniform as a member of the Territorial Army (Marketing Division) in the rank of Subedar. Besides being awarded the IOCL Chairman's Award three times, I also hold the distinction of being awarded a Commendation Medal from (VCOAS) Vice Chief of the Army Staff, Indian Army. This is one company that takes complete care of all the employees families, be it Medical, Children Education, Housing, etc the list is too long to mention. I have worked in the HR Department handling important assignments and also finance related jobs. I have always had 100% job satisfaction and earned recognition and respect from all my collegues seniors as well as juniors. IOCL is a Blessing.
