Learning new things was the only thing that kept me motivated in day to day affairs. Moreover, since the organisation is maharatna, it has lots of functions and roles that are really interesting to learn and adapt. Overall, working culture is good.

IOCL company is good. Learned about all the plants in the company and After apprentice in this company More likely to get a permanent job after completion and give first preference to apprentices.I got very good training in this company during apprenticeship and learned a lot.
