The Company is good but it depends on what location you work at and who are your peers . It was my maiden SCM company and I found each task to be challenging and performed it well. I have learnt People Management well here

Dislikes

The criteria of promoting G5 is not correct. It's purely on manager recommendation and no exams to clear it even if the candidate is qualified for it but no promotion
