Actually I always wanted to work in Big company like Flipkart and when i joined here I was very happy even I was very happy to work with this organisation but when I saw that my manager does a lot of bias, he says that who is old in system than he is very good and talented for him and who is new in the system, he does bias with them. I’m very disappointed with his behaviour. He target those type of people who is new and than he talks very badly in front of whole team and he use this type of bad language that kya karti ho anchar dalti ho. Whereas a manager should not use rough language with team member. When I heared his talking of way I got shocked and I thought that is this the talking of way with women employee ?
