The interiors or ambiance is very good. You will really feel excited working in bright environment. Quarterly bonus depends on company performance as is good most of the times. work life balance is very good in IT. There is no tight deadlines.Just 6-7 hours of work per day

When they do layoff, they take just the managers opinion. Some people there are very judgemental mainly few tamil managers.
