The work atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled. Also, the Manager is like a friend and trust me this is best thing to grow together. There is no feeling of boredom, every moment spent is worth. I have worked with many brands but working companies like this where I can grow with the company is definitely worth it.

I am the only one who handles Graphics & Animation and helps in brainstorming for social growth for the Flentis. For ex; Making a brand is my cup of tea :)

To be very honest, holding quite an experience in my past, I find this organization to be one with very minimal flaws and literally there is nothing to dislike. But just one thing: Onboarding and off boarding are a part and parcel of everyone's life, I genuinely wish good luck for the people who are offboarded and hope they do not interfere with the company's culture and not spread the toxicity that they are living in.. One man show. Pathetic management, no one cares what is happening in the organisation. Employees are planning to resign and leave the organisation asap. Notice period policy is changing as per the will of the management,no discussion or infimation with any of the employees. Employees who are serving notice period are being harrassedemotionaly and professionally. If steps are not taken asap... only few employees will remain in this organisation....Read More
