To be very honest, holding quite an experience in my past, I find this organization to be one with very minimal flaws and literally there is nothing to dislike. But just one thing: Onboarding and off boarding are a part and parcel of everyone's life, I genuinely wish good luck for the people who are offboarded and hope they do not interfere with the company's culture and not spread the toxicity that they are living in.. One man show. Pathetic management, no one cares what is happening in the organisation. Employees are planning to resign and leave the organisation asap. Notice period policy is changing as per the will of the management,no discussion or infimation with any of the employees.
