List of dislike No working flexibility Management always save their favourite people, they don’t care about talent. Maintain sepience tracker, 8 hr mandatory in office. No job security, they do mass layoff every year, they don’t care you are doing great. No salary hike. Managers don’t know people management. Recommend never join Fiserv.

Work life balance is good with good hybrid wfh facility

Dislikes

Fiserv is at big loss so there is no job security after merger with first data. Also servicing department has been divested without informing the employees as a result company got changed for them and from being a product based their company changed to service based.
