Fiserv acquired First data after that Fiserv culture have spoiled a lot. Apart from First data, Fiserv have excellent process and cuture. Go with good package, hikes won’t be good

Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Nothing but worst exp Managers are pathetic no professionalism no vision bossy attitude give you great hike so you cannot search outside and remain frstrted wen managers do micro mgmt, most projects follow legacy technology (no matter what promise before hiring & after that), always give 8 hours/day in sapience even if u have no work..... your machine is slow, no new work, or anything only developers and testers are respnsble.....many months till date, I struglled to get good laptop...Read More
