The work culture is good, the workload is neither too high nor too low. Flexible timings and compensation benefits are good. 360 degree feedback is there for managers too. Apart from this since this is a product based company, the job security is always there

Dislikes

The technology used in most of the projects is little old and there are fewer opportunities in terms of onsite.

I am working here since last 7 years and the Work is good. The product that I am working on is vast in terms of learning g opportunities and we do have flexible timings and work from home facility.

1. Risk of job based on sapience 2. Need to do 8 hrs in office and 8 hrs in sapience which is a terrible policy Doesn't encourage people to switch from theri current role

There is nothing to like about now. It's not having corporate culture anymore. You literally need to beg here for wfh if you have any emergency still you won't get it.

Dislikes

It's worst company now. Before acquiring first data it was best organisation to work with. But now only cameras has been left to track/nanomange employees work. Sooner they will turn on laptop cameras annomously to check what employees are doing.

Rubbish Managers: They only think of saving their own, nobody cares about the team. They are actually the old property of the company with no resale value. Management: Mostly flatterers get the chance of promotion by management. What TL says to management about other associates is considered as truth. nobody wants to know the truth.HR: They are only visible at the time of joining and resigning. Rest of the time they are only busy in interviews & gossiping. Concerns of the associates is not a matter for them. Technology: Mostly old technology they use. They switch to the updated version very rarely. Insurance: According to the size of the company they provide useless medical insurance. Work Culture: They want us to be in the office for 9 hrs anyways. Team spirit is nowhere. They think only having a lunch party in a quarter is Teamwork. Full of dirty politics....Read More
