Before First Data came over the work culture was pretty good, work-life balance, once you completed your work you could play games present on premises.

Dislikes

After taking over by First Data, there are lots of micro-management, they use Sapience to keep tabs on associate's time. Every meeting, managers will ask you questions like why timings are not as expected like 8 hrs. They have started skill assessment to fire associates. No work life balance, no job security, mid level mangers wouldonly care about their pet projects or few associate. On-site team would treat you like slave, get balmed for each and everything even if you are not involved, they believe in hiring and fire idea. No career growth as such. When you resign, no manger meeting or wont retain you....Read More
