Micro Managent. Company blindly believes in Sapience data. Silent Layoffs. No job security since 2019. No career growth.

Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Employed staff of Original Fiserv until 2019 with ethics and culture.

Visionless and Dummy Top management. Micro Management organisation. To increase profit they cut the staff. No job security. Sapience and other tools installed on each workstation/Laptop to track people productivity. 8 hours manadate on Sapience which means 11-12 hours on laptop executing job.

Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Everything, this company sucks, it has no motive, just a greedy American corporate who just want to increase their share price and earn money, from technology side it is doing nothing, pathetic work culture, poor place full of useless management. No amount of money can justify the way this place treats its employees.

Not a product based company any more it has been changed to service based company as the management and organisational level are all hired from service based organization. Micro management, sudden layoffs and on spot firing. 5 days work from office and appraisal will be on year end with less percentage and promotion you can get either by asking then continuously or when you u drop in ur paper that time if u r valuable resource u can get promotion or appraisal till then good luck. Above all there will more than 2 or 3 org level changes per year which will affect ur promotion/appraisal as when new manager comes they will say "I haven't seen ur how well your performance will see next year or mid year promotion cycle"....Read More

Fiserv is the worst place to work . They dont see how much you work but they see only how many hours you work per day. They have a stupid tool called sapience which tracks how many hours your mouse or keyboard is actively moved. One might complete a work faster other might take more no of days to complete the same work. But they dont see all these they just see working hours. No promotions and salary hikes. Worst managment. List of dislike No working flexibility Management always save their favourite people, they don’t care about talent. Maintain sepience tracker, 8 hr mandatory in office. No job security, they do mass layoff every year, they don’t care you are doing great. No salary hike. Managers don’t know people management. Recommend never join Fiserv.
