Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?

Likes

Work environment is average. Management needs to improve. Appraisals are fair. They give good hike and incentives. More opportunities to grow. Job security is a concern.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

Work Details

It is totally depends on the project we get. In first project it was good but second project we got was horrible. We had to work almost 12 hours. There was OT but still it was lesser. In third project we were hardly working 6 hours a day.
