Worst Work culture, micromanagement and clarity on responsibilities is not good. Silent layoffs happening forcing people to resign right then and there has been the norm. Management is clueless about the VMG.

No Job security, layoffs. Terminated new hires and over 10 years experience with same company as well. No devlopment work for Database developer, they ask you work on DBA or other support kind of work.

Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates

Nothing, you will not learn anything new there.. systems and processes are very old.

All employees in FAI s are very old and they started career from them and keep on recruiting new engineer manager and if something new bringing there , these people feel uncomfortable and complain with HR . Director s and VP will not support you if any complaint s on you. Director s will pressurise you to get things done from your subordinate at same time.if subordinate complaint on work pressure with HR, you will not get any support from them. Don't get distracted by grate place to work certificate Managers and HR will force you to give good review and No career growth in this company. People are working here for 18-19 years in same designation because they don't have any other skills to survive outside the market.
