Nothing as such they have fired almost 300 employees last year without intimation. Requesting chose another company if possible

Everything is negative you will utterly disappoint if you join this pseudo ethical company they think they are best place to work in reality no such thing. If they think without intimation they will force you to resign and you will left with empty hands
