Job security is very poor. They expect you to work for min 10-12 hrs wait else you are fired which they always fail to mention before hand

Dislikes

No working hours. Daily 10-12 hrs. Harsh behaviour from manager. Even client do not know how to speak. Demotivation culture

Only best thing is that we get salary in time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

- Extended working hours that too on daily basis - fixed login time but no logout time - People are pressurised to take meeting during off working hours - No compensation for the extra time spent - deduct a large chunk of your salary and repay you in the name of bonus - one deducted chunk is paid quarterly and another annually. - Ifyou leave without completing quarter or full year, you get nothing - Poor leadership. People are humiliated and embarrassed sometimes in client meetings as well. - HR hides alot of things - required login hours are 9 hrs 15 minutes which are higher than standard login hours - People were even asked to work from office in pandemic situation. But later they allowed after getting lot of concerns from employees. - No Work life balance. Just work and work - They want to hire machines and not humans...Read More
