WORKING WITH FINOFY WAS GOOD EXPERIENCE GOT TO LEARN SO MANY THING ABOUT SHARE MARKET AND BROKING FIRM . ALSO THE TEAM I WAS WORKING WITH WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING . I AM GREATFULL THAT I GOT TO WORK WITH THEM AND ALSO GOT TO KNOW THE TRUE MEANING OF TEAM BUILDING .

I TRULY DISLIKE IS THEIR IS NO JOB SECURITY AND THEY ARE NOT STICKED TO ONE COMPANY. As FINOFY IS 3rd PARTY . I worked for 5months their and in 5month i have seen 500 changes realted to products , companies, incentive plans , spot incentive, referral policies and many more .. it not been a singke month i felt secure because as soon as we used to get comfortable with 1product they used to change the product....Read More

These is the worst company you can work for if you want leave these company it has 2 months long notice period than after you are on notice period they will mis treat you hr is also of no use they will abuse you Director and Business head Romil khaturia he also abused me and my father he don't know how to treat his junior and will teach other how to behave worst person in the company when I was on notice period their VP threatened me you should never join these organization...Read More

1) Training is not provided properly 2) Manager is of no use. She just sits and yell target target but never help to acheive the target.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
