As a Fresher i will recommend this FSS to work because we will learn so many things technical and non technical skills.

Working experience is fine but there not having any appreciation or salary growth I am nervous about this company and aslo sitting on client office

They are having bond about 2 years you have to complete 2 years compulsory and senior management is not good having nepotism.it is Chennai basis company of you want growth they are hiring 3-4 years experience and giving 20k to 25k salary.some manager is not working R D dislike.
