Till lock down, everything was nice. In lockdown also company gave full salary. Colleagues are very supportive. Salary on time. Alternate sat off all sun off

Unscheduled night works. No Appreciation. No proper process. No Comp Off for extra work and you can't ask for the same. If you have ordered food in over time for night, direct Mr.Rahul Ayyapan has the issue , u cannot have above 200/250. If you do director is looking and scolding. Director does not have sense how to talk to employees. HR is also employee of management. They will never listen you.
