You can learn a lot and upgrade your skills. They even provide funds for courses. Work life balance is also good, the biggest benefit is that there is no micro management and you really can work according your schedule.

Dislikes

The appraisals and bonuses are a complete mess these days, especially since new management has taken over. There is a no transparency in bonuses and other merit related things.
