Good work environment and culture, company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and good. Company will give us very good salary and they give good hike and bonus on every year on the basis of performance. totally fis is good company with lot of benefits.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and I'm totally Unhappy with some of Team Leader , felt intentionally targeted to us and they gave lot of work to single person only. management also doesn't addressed our issues. Once I explained all this to TPO. Bt I'm till now faced same issue.I felt very bad. Struggled alot. For this reasons I think to change my job.

The job is interesting and nice. Joined as technical representative after 5months moved to switch support. We struggle alot to understand the flow of work. Management and our manager gave KT sessions from our senior to understand the work req
