As I've already rated above in terms of Work-life balance, Skill Development and learning, and the company culture altogether makes it a nice company to work.

Dislikes

The only thing negative here is the Job Security, almost all the clients are US clients some are very good but some are non-sense and they unnecessarily pressurise you and will never appreciate your work and anytime they can fire you. Moreover, no teammate lead or even the VC can interfere with them. also, I felt very disappointed that even if the project ramped down so technically I should have been given some other project but they straight away told me to discontinue my services. if this is such a big company they might have many projects running but, surprisingly no project for me.
