I joined Fidelity Investments as a Resume Associate. I knew I was a contract to hire employee and so I worked hard to secure my position at fidelity investments as fidelity investments is a great company to work for. Soon in March even before I could complete my training we started working from home due to pandemic situation. I tooktraining virtually and tried my best to complete the work. Within short span of time I was working equally as any senior in my team on all the scenarios. My performance report also showed high number for June when compared to other new joinees in my team. However, I was not converted to full-time saying my performance was not good inspite of the numbers in June's report. I was asked to leave the company in this pandemic situation where I was hoping Fidelity Investments would support me looking at my hardwork and quick learning ability. I believe there is no job security for people coming from different companies and trying to settle. It is expected from a experienced person to know the entire process in a week time and start delivering. Work life balance is terrible.

There is no job security. You could be removed anytime if you are not performing well. They just consider performance.
