Best about Fidelity is that it is a employee friendly and employee centric organisation. Decent monetary benefits, with good office culture. With a Very conscious effort in maintaining diversity, it has been building a very vibrant culture. Work life balance however entirely depends on your manager and the project team. All in all I had a great learning experience in my stint of 4.5 years.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Org hierarchy is little confusing with the recent adoption of Spotify model. Has a good model of appraisal, but coz of bell curve many a times numbers are manipulated simply for adherence thereby taking out the genuinity out of it. Late night calls sometimes hinder your work life balance, but that again depends on the managers to instil the right culture. Org does not encourage it.
