Being a part of this company was one of the biggest mistakes. The people try to be so nice but at the end of the ay they are so toxic and more importantly there is no women security as boys here deliberately get close to girls and just a few months back we also had one escalation to which management reacted in general way..

The company has no growth options in terms of salary and experience for new joiners. They need a person who has no motive in his life and only works as per there needs. Work flow is so high just because of there poor services. They also changed there polices regarding alot of things and also the Tl goes as per there mood here. There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired
