Sometimes there is a lot of work pressure. And we have to compromise for holidays as well. We can't take more than 2 offs easily. I guess currently they have to work alot on how to retain their employees by thinking for them.

Overall work life is good. In the time i joined and was very tough for anyone but yes the way the trainers trained And our team leaders and supervisor help is very good.

i dont get transport easily to my office from delhi it was difficult to travel from north eat delhi it takes about 2.5 hours which looks very uncomfortable

There is no job security at all. When the person not in their favour, then they mark quality error in the performance and told to leave.

Environment is very bad. Politics is fulfilled in their office environment.

No one is there to listen up your problems, sometimes you have to login on your week off and you have to do work beyond the time. Very poor culture, if you have personal communication with your senior, everything is fine but if you don't have, no one is going to listen you up.

The job is quite interesting and was challenging for me as it was first calling job, but our trainer Mr Sunil helped us alot to improve.
