The environment is very comfortable to work in. And the colleagues are very supportive. Seniors too make sure that every employee is comfortable.

Dislikes

Sometimes there is favouritism. TLs behave rudely. Appraisal is not satisfactory if you are working for long. The basis of appraisal doesn't seem fair.

I liked the company, starting Salary is also satisfactory. Freshers with good skills can join. Team is good to work with

Sometimes there is a lot of work pressure. And we have to compromise for holidays as well. We can't take more than 2 offs easily. I guess currently they have to work alot on how to retain their employees by thinking for them.

Overall work life is good. In the time i joined and was very tough for anyone but yes the way the trainers trained And our team leaders and supervisor help is very good.

There is no job security at all. When the person not in their favour, then they mark quality error in the performance and told to leave.

Environment is very bad. Politics is fulfilled in their office environment.
