The company is a big fraud. No job security, no work culture, no work life balance. Only people who can do buttering to the mangers can survive. Also they are so down market that they talk about diversity and integrity but never support people with a different background or mindset. Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.
