Being a part of this company was one of the biggest mistakes. The people try to be so nice but at the end of the ay they are so toxic and more importantly there is no women security as boys here deliberately get close to girls and just a few months back we also had one escalation to which management reacted in general way..

The company has no growth options in terms of salary and experience for new joiners. They need a person who has no motive in his life and only works as per there needs. Work flow is so high just because of there poor services. They also changed there polices regarding alot of things and also the Tl goes as per there mood here. Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.

Some TLs are so supported like "Pankaj Mohan". They are always ready to help out in every situation. He is really so cooperative.

There is no direct shift for the employees who are working free home. Whenever you ll ask for any direct shift they will pressurise you to manage and will provide you split shift. Which shouldn't be happen, even after giving 11 hours of productivity on occasions you can never expect any over time incentive. Literally you guys should work on it.

Typical lala company with toxic work culture. HR and management are puppets of CEO. Employees are treated like inappropriately. There are lay offs every year which are unfair. No job security at all. Worst company to work for.

Full of dislikes. Even after requesting manager he never changed my idiot TL- who was a complete joker. Won't like to give his name- has also been under posh case but no strict action by management and has survived company since so long. LOL! He has no motives in his life and just know how to demotivate other human. He is a complete joker with spectacles and short height with no sense, and a complete cartoon.
