I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You will not have much hectic work to complete on a daily basis , because they have no clients or solid work. So most of the time you sit idly without much work coming in. So u can have the work life balance. Also they hire anyone who speaks average English.

Dislikes

Everything. They follow different protocols for different employees. If you have an offer and put down ur paper , u ll asked to buy out ur notice period if u propose for notice period negotiation. That’s how they make money. Or if u r ready to serve notice period, they ll leave u in a day or two. I have seen massive lay offs happened. Like job security is a joke in this company. This is a start up , but I don’t see it growing solidly. This company is ending up no where. If we associate with it in a long run , we are going down too....Read More
