This Company is totally fraud .Due to the lockdown as it is impossible to go to office so we are ready to do the work from home but this company did not provide any work to us the only thing they gave is one mail to us to choose between leaving the company or to wait till the company resume it works again and we have to wait for 5-6months even after the lockdown is over . And before that they had deleted the credentials of ours without informing us and they are not giving back our 90k cheques to us and even the experience certificate they had totally tortured and lied to us during this lockdown . They didn't even give the proper training as the trainer is not knowing the process properly and even it is an IT firm they are refuse to provide work from home and not giving our two months salary the total environment at featsystem is very unprofessional

Worst Policies, Change seating arrangements according to there comfort(anytime), Management is very poor they always peek in your personal life, No Work Culture, No Worklife Balance, Low Salary i.e 1.44 LPA , Appraisal ranges from 21 to 25 %, if appraisal is above 20% then you have to stay for next 9 months, You won’t get appraisal if your 1 year is not completed, Top level Politics, Rude Senior Management, Irresponsible HRs. Let me explain you a scenario: Suppose you join Feat in the month of April 2024, there is a 2 year bond with submitting original documents (Marksheet) and a cheque of approx 1L, then you have to complete training without stipend for 4 to 6 months, Now let say you spend 4 months in training, so you’ll be on payroll from 1st August 2024 with a starting package of 1.44 LPA. So, You won’t get any increment for upcoming year, as you haven’t completed 1 year of employment. Means you will get your 1st appraisal in May-June 2026 i.e after 1.9 years (Delay in Appraisal because of poor management). Now, in April 2026 your bond will be finished but but but, by default they will give you increment between 21 to 25%. If you accept the increment, That’s means you have stay for more 9 months from the date of increment, and then you can resign and serve notice period of 3 months(that means LWD will be in March 2027). Or other option is you can reject the increment. So, at the end you will be at 1.44 LPA after taking all the bullshits, toxic environment, etc. serve 3 months of notice period and leave the organization in August 2026.
