They seemingly lack understanding, empathy and tend to repel smart, well-qualified and professional Employees. Enlisted as under : Immature Leadership Extremity at epitome when it comes to ' Micro-managing' Lack of Facilities Lack of Resources Lack of Growth Lack of Mentoring Lack of Transparency Lack of Trust between the management and peers. Lack of planning Lack of professionalism Lack of Business Ethics and communication They ask for a huge Monetary bond as per the job security and cannot ensure job security to the seniors level . They seem to be professionally very insecure and self centric and impatient. Too many Tantrums instead of looking into the matters and no support and enough patience towards the employees,especially the freshers. Lack of end to end employment processes Indecisive and unclear Management Attitude and approach issues No Documentation No well defined Company Policies,procedures and process. And this led to the high attrition rate that I could see. Not Good enough for ladies . There is no HR team , nor the HRs can survive with them, they could never retain HR professionals as I heard and given the paucity of professional etiquettes I witnessed in my overall work tenure I never saw any HR personnel working for them....Read More

Great experience with the company, I loved my working period in the company. The management and staff are so helpful and always have joyful environment. Salary increments are too good here, last time I got more than 30%. Work life balance is good and you can go home if your work is completed before the scheduled time. Flexible office hours, that l like most.

Dislikes

All are interesting projects but need to learn many things for each project. Sometimes this become stressful as we need to learn and still maintain the scheduled timelines.
