No learning opportunities. No growth. Wrk is just dumped one aftr another. Too many people are involved fr small task so in d end nobody knows what is gng on. Down d line only menial wrk z gvn and they are Not involved in troubleshooting of any problem. Hopeless QA head. Keeps everything in her control and does not want others to grow

I think my current company is too slow to adapt nessasary changes. Skill development opportunity is very less.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Inspite of your work efficiency you will gain opportunity upon ur relationship with superior. There is no job training for juniors. Restrictions on implications of past experiences without intimations.
