What I like most in this company that, The directors and management is down to worth. The company has such environment where employees learn and develop new skills during their day to day job. Management provide full opportunity to employees by assigning new tasks to them that helps employees in learning new things and skills. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
