Good work life balance. No issue in appraisal.

Dislikes

Gives priority to only those people who are close to them. Others will be neglected. No job security. Favouritasm is a key here. If you are not their favourite employee then you will not get chance to contribute your ideas. You only have to listen, get scolded and have to work only they way they want.
