Faststream Technology is an absolute nightmare to work for. The owner, who fancies himself as a know-it-all, couldn't be more clueless. Not only does he spout nonsensical rhetoric about Indians and Indian companies, but he also consistently fails to pay salaries on time, citing the most absurd excuses imaginable. It's as if he's mastered the art of incompetence. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this debacle of a company unless you enjoy being undervalued, underpaid, and utterly disrespected. Job security Work culture is great the they treat everyone as family members.Our management is really good and my last day was completed in Faststream Technologies, I served my notice period on time. So i got all my documents on time. And our CEO is good and friendly with everyone he will be supporting every time.
