Every review posted in march are fake because forced by management to post positive reviews. No work life balance No Policy - No Leave Policy, If you overtime on weekend then you will get one leave. Even you if you took medical leave , it is expected to be working on leave. Delay in salary till the middle of the month Toxic Culture Worst organization.

Toxic Work Culture: User the leadership of Arjun Duggal, the work environment at Fastor 7 Technology was extremely toxic. Constant interruptions during lunch breaks by endless meetings and the expectation to work late regularly showcased a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Unethical Salary Practices: My resignation led to thecompany withholding my December salary, citing a policy against employees who leave without serving the notice period. This was in stark contrast to the company's routine of pressuring employees into unpaid overtime and disturbing into unpaid overtime and disturbing colleagues on sick leave for work tasks, indicating a clear imbalance in policy enforcement. No Support for Relocation: Joining Fastor 7 Technology involved a significant personal financial investment, including relocating to Delhi at my own expense. The company offered no support for relocation expenses, transportation, or food allowances, yet failed to pay my salary, exacerbating the financial and professional strain experienced. Lack of Ethical Practices: The company's practices and policies reflect a severe lack of ethics and consideration for employee welfare and rights....Read More

There's no such thing in the office Even that is not an office that's a house, its their own old building
