When i have joined Fareportal, it was great working, great leaders, who always appreciate their team, happy culture, later when management changed, then the leader who is hired at higher salary, would love to cut the salary of their employees, reduce incentive, create a unhappy environment, i believe this is their training.

After working 12 hrs everyday, no appreciating also disregarding employees is really bad, we all are human being, expect respect

The company pays good incentives. Salary always on time.

Dislikes

New managers are lacking leadership skills and the company has failed. They are completely biased. Overnight hundreds of employees were asked to leave. No proper planning was done for WFH. Post lockdown they were struggling to provide computers. The employees had to go to office themselves to collect the system. Very poor crisis management.
