The company pays good incentives. Salary always on time.
Skill development - Good
Dislikes
New managers are lacking leadership skills and the company has failed. They are completely biased. Overnight hundreds of employees were asked to leave. No proper planning was done for WFH. Post lockdown they were struggling to provide computers. The employees had to go to office themselves to collect the system. Very poor crisis management.
