It is a pathetic company , they are taking advantage of covid19 and forcing employees work for extra hour stating they would loose thier jobs if not done so

I dislike everything , Management is pathetic and no job security taking advantage of people who are forcefully working fr thier livelihood

Fareportal as a company is a nice place to work overall it's not that employee centric but my colleagues makes it easier but during covid 19 they have helped alot of families by supporting even when the company is on a verge of recession. So I would say I'm happy.

Dislikes

Not employee centric. They just want business and that's it. Doesn't care if the person is I'll or not.

Handling airline tickets and changes/cancellation (all the back end work)

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
