It an amazing organisation to work with. You can get all the benefits like cabs and meals and medical cover. But if you are in sales then you will have targets and there will be pressure from the management to complete the target

Working culture was solo.. not so gud..in covid 19 they fired lots of people..all year giving trainings on Leadership but in covid they terminated us..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Bias attitude throughout. No appreciate for hardworking people. If you are outspoken & honest, you are always in trouble. People who are involved in fraudulent practices can still happily work if bosses are happy with them. You do unethical stuff right under your superior 's nose but if you are manipulative, no one can harm you in Fareportal. People wearing shabby clothes with offensive slangs are seen in every area of Fareportal. Only talks about revenue, no one cares about office environment. The company has no respect for hardworking people, does not promote them when they apply for IJP's . Gives some or the other excuse & rejects them. People in operations who can't take 1 call properly & have poor code of conduct have been internally promoted as Assistant managers . Employee relations team is the worst in Fareportal....Read More

Fareportal became the very first company to Terminate employees as soon as the Lockdown implemented in India. It did not even mention in Termination letters that the employees were terminated due to Covid19 and falsely, mentioned that all terminated employees left organization on their own. They did not even heared our enquiries regarding false claims at all. The worst company I have ever seen in my 7 years long career....Read More

The worst company I have seen in my 7 year long career. The 1st Company to terminate employees as soon as the lockdown implemented. They also provide false information in Termination letters too.
