Their policies are not relevant for employees, No promotion no salary increment, bad office environment. Only few old employees are enjoying the working they harrase new employees. They don’t care their loyal employees, bad work culture, No personal life, no worklife balance, employees forced to work after office hours, on weekends even on holidays.

The management was great most of which were let go during pandemic.

Dislikes

They let go of the entire corporate sales team during the Pandemic including the sales dir. and business head and appointed the same role to travel agent team head.

Earlier the work culture and environment was very good but later on things have deteriorated very badly

Management really need to have fixed / long term vision as after spending so many years with the company have seen how frequently they keep on changing their visions , also everyone at the management level seems to have of there own set defined goals which has really destroyed the foundation level on which the company was built up.

I got an opportunity to explore myself in market and build many relationship with Senior folks of corporates.

Dislikes

Company took a hard decision to relocate the people in various cites even if people were not comfortable. Also many of experienced employee have left the organization due to work culture.
