Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic RPA Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, quality and innovation, with a strong customer-focused mindset. As a RPA Engineer, you will design and develop scalable automation utilities and suites to audit and enhance Customer Experience across our websites, mobile web, mobile apps, call center interactions, and self-service tools. You will create innovative automation solutions to ensure seamless customer journeys, whether interacting with call center agents, utilizing chatbots, or managing bookings through self-service tools for tasks like cancellations, refunds, or modifications. Your role will directly impact our ability to provide efficient, error-free, and user-friendly services across all customer touchpoints.

You will work on cutting-edge tools like HotJar or similar, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to create innovative automation frameworks that deliver actionable insights. You should have a deep understanding of customer usage patterns, segmentation, funnel analytics and APM (Application Performance Management) tools, contributing to the success of our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable RPA solutions that mimic human behavior for end-to-end automation of auditing processes.
• Leverage tools like HotJar and FullStory for customizations, segmentation, and funnel analytics to monitor and improve customer experience.
• Integrate with Google Search Console, GA4, and APM tools to capture, analyze, and report performance metrics effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, User Interaction, and Customer Support, to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Develop reusable automation utilities and suites that enhance quality assurance across web and mobile platforms.
• Write code for automated testing tools, services, and frameworks (preference for JavaScript).
• Analyze log files and system interactions to debug and optimize automation frameworks.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, task execution, and delivery.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of automated solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) or RPA developer.
• Ability to write code (Preference for JavaScript/Python) for automated web testing tools, services, and frameworks
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log file analysis, monitoring, and visualization.
• Proven ability to translate use cases and technical specifications into automated solutions.
• Experience with tools like HotJar, FullStory, Google Search Console, GA4, and APM tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple test executions and synthesize results effectively.
• Experience in log file analysis and debugging.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across functions and management levels.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation and funnel analytics.
• Familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
• Ability to work on innovative solutions that are forward-looking, scalable, and deliver measurable value.
• Capable of aligning automation strategies with business objectives.
