No management, No administrative, no proper work culture, worst HR section, No promotion option no salary increment, all the management level working person are worst and they don't listen to their employees

I had a flexible time with my colleagues especially in teamworks, work environment and work-life balance. Yearly training with seminars and conferences gave me a good career growth academically and otherwise. My salary was good and my efforts were fully appreciated.

Dislikes

I was not happy with their job security offers.

My work at family care hospital was fun and homily. We were all like one family hence the name. No one was discriminated or ignored.
