I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. A regular career conversation would give individuals more clarity on their growth paths and a clear picture of their future in the company 2. Recent instance, they hired a celebrity for an Office event and then laid off more than 150+ employees, claiming they didn't have enough business. Instead of wasting money on celebrity endorsements, they could have maintained their market presence by keeping their employees.
