Everything to dislike. No work life balance. You will be called on holidays also and made to work for 9-10 hrs without salary/compensation. Biggest ****** is the CEO himself. He will not even let you have your lunch properly. Do not join here. Stay at home but do not join here. Your major part of salary is as variable pay which is payable annually. I worked in Fabtech for 8 years and I got to learn a lot. All the teams here support each other.

Dislikes

I feel that one should never work for so long continuously in a company because there are some people in the company who want that the staff should not progress. Staff is kept only when required, otherwise they are fired. I would like to thank Ashwani Sir, Zahid Sir, Siddharth Sir who supported me a lot in my time of need.
