I use to like them, but the recent events have made me hate them. They deserve negative stars

Dislikes

Corona virus and its risk made BMC in Mumbai issue a work from home order om 17th March, but this does not affects Fabhotels. They are working at full capacity. The balance sheet is more important than your life. And they colleagues who have left the company in past six months never received their full and final settlements. Leave the colleagues, even hotels dont get it.

I worked there for 1 years 2 months and we had good team helpful manager but now everything is changed after my resignation. My fnf is stuck and i call the HR for the update but he is very unprofessionap not responding my calls and not reverting my mails and after two week he has reverted saying that my fnf is stuck because my btc is pending. If such would have been the case then my manager would have not given me clearance in my fnf form for btc pending. I cleared everything and now theu have send me excel sheet stating that amount is been pending and you need to collect. Why i should be responsible as my corporate accounts were transferred to my fellow colleagues at the time of my notice period. Unprofessional behaviour of HR who is calculating the payroll. Doesn't have courtesy to pick up call nor he seems to be bothered about the problems exemployees are facing

It was good in the beginning. Although the experience became terrible later. Avoid Mumbai office.

Dislikes

Managers are people with no or less experience. executives has to go on field and get business while managers are in office. Daily 4 meetings and TA is only 4000. It is not possible in Mumbai.
